Gail Falkenberg était de retour. Souvenez-vous, l'année passée, la Française Tiphanie Fiquet avait halluciné en se retrouvant face à l'Américaine, âgée de 74 ans, en qualifs du 25 000$ de Naples, en Floride. Un an plus tard, la "mamie" du tennis, âgée de 75 ans désormais, revenait en piste. Toujours en Floride, elle disputait lundi les qualifications du 25 000$ d'Orlando. Gail Falkenberg restait sur trois 6-0, 6-0. Le quatrième est tombé. La Bulgare Dia Evtimova, tête de série numéro 6 de ces qualifs et 701e mondiale, a été impitoyable.

She's playing Dia Evtimova, 34, currently No. 701, but in the top 150 a decade ago.
